Abstract
An angiomyolipoma (AML) is a benign mesenchymal tumor characterized by proliferation of mature vessels, smooth muscle, and adipose tissue. AMLs most commonly occur in the kidney but have been reported in a variety of extrarenal sites. Mediastinal AMLs are extremely rare. We herein present a case of a large AML of the mediastinum that was successfully treated by thoracoscopic resection.Entities:
