Abstract
A patient with ulcerative colitis developed eosinophilic pneumonia following treatment with Salazopyrin. The pneumonia resolved following discontinuation of the drug and the start of treatment with prednisolone. When the treatment with prednisolone was stopped the patient developed eosinophilic pneumonia again. When the treatment with prednisolone was resumed all side effects disappeared definitively.Entities:
