Abstract
A 81-year-old man was referred to our hospital because of cough and fever. Chest computed tomography(CT) showed multiple cavitation and ground glass opacity in the right lower lobe. Antibiotic treatment was effective in the improvement of the infiltrative shadow and the inflammatory reaction. After 1 year, bronchoscopy was performed because the shadow remained on the following chest CT, and the adenocarcinoma of the lung was found. A lower lobectomy of the right lung was performed.Entities:
