For the NRAMP1-274C/T, VDR-Fokl,VDR-Taq1,individuals were scored as 274C/T-C/C, Fok1-FF,Taq1-TT wild homozygous, 274C/T-C/T,Fokl-Ff,Taq1-Tt heterozygous, 274C/T-T/T,Fokl-ff,Taq1-tt mutant homozygous respectively
