Abstract
A 50 year-old patient was referred to our department with severe obstructive lower urinary tract symptoms, suprapubic pain and rectal fullness that started after a perianal fistula operation performed one year ago. Radiologic evaluation showed a large pararectal cystic lesion with septa formation on the right side compressing the bladder and prostate. Aspiration of the cystic fluid attempted initially but was not successful. A robotic transperitoneal approach was applied and the cyst was excised completely. On 1-year follow-up, patient did not have any symptoms and cyst was completely disappeared on radiology.Entities:
