Abstract
The synthesis of the nuclear protein 'cyclin' (MW 36 000) has been analysed in several virus-transformed quail embryo fibroblasts (QEF) by means of quantitative two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Our studies revealed that the synthesis of cyclin does not correlate directly with cell transformation, but with cell proliferation.Entities:
