Abstract
In this review we discuss the divergent role of two closely related cytokines, IL-12 and IL-23, in shaping immune responses. In light of current therapeutic developments using biologic agents to block these two pathways, a better understanding of the immunological function of these cytokines is pivotal.Entities:
