Abstract
The accuracy of a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) now supports its use by persons with diabetes and clinicians caring for them. This article reviews measures of CGM accuracy, factors contributing to accuracy, comparative accuracy assessment, clinical implications of CGM sensor accuracy, and recent clinical trials that have demonstrated the utility of CGMs.Entities:
