Abstract
A case is described of a 44-years-old woman who developed cutaneous vasculitis, nephritis and paralytic ileus after three years' treatment with naproxen. All these features were thought to be attributable to a naproxen induced vasculitis and all resolved spontaneously after the drug was stopped.Entities:
