Abstract
BACKGROUND: To test the antimicrobial activity of different extracts and fermentation broth from puffball(Bovistella radicata), the different extracts and fermentation broth of puffball were prepared, the active fraction was investigated by UPLC-UV-MS and semi-preparative chromatograph.Entities:
