Abstract
Two cyclists developed mononeuropathy of the deep palmar branch of the ulnar nerve due to ulnar nerve compression adjacent to the ulnar tunnel (of Guyon) by prolonged bicycle riding. A modification of hand grip on the bicycle handlebars resulted in rapid recovery in one patient.Entities:
