KEY TEACHING POINTS
Rate-dependent left bundle branch block can rarely present with recurrent episodes of acute systolic heart failure. Early cardiac resynchronization therapy may be considered in patients with acute heart failure and left ventricular dysfunction secondary to intermittent left bundle branch block. |
