Abstract
The solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas (SPT) is a rare neoplasm with low malignant potential in children. We report the case of a 9 years old child with a SPT localized in the pancreatic head. She underwent a pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) with favorable evolution. The PD in high-volume centers is safe in both adults and children.Entities:
