The article entitled “Assessment of intracranial metastases from neuroendocrine tumors/carcinoma” published on pages 435-439, volume 7, issue 3, in the Journal of Neurosciences in Rural Practice has been retracted on the request of the author, Dr. Kazuei Hoshi.[1] Dr. Kazuei and Dr. Koichi were unaware of the submission of this article. The article contained fabricated data and a substantial amount of material plagiarised from the article that was published in Volume 16 of the journal BMC Cancer, as “Clinicopathological analysis in patients with neuroendocrine tumors that metastasized to the brain”.[2]
