Abstract
IL-9-producing T helper cells (Th9) have recently emerged as an important T cell subset contributing to the pathogenicity of allergic diseases. Here, we describe the role of Th9 cells in allergic inflammation and provide detailed protocols to characterize IL-9-producing T cells and analyze OVA-specific IL-9 production in allergic lung diseases using a mouse model of OVA-induced chronic allergic lung inflammation.Entities:
