Erratum: Introducing the Comprehensive Unit based Safety Program for mechanically ventilated patients in Saudi Arabian Intensive Care Units.

[This corrects the article on p. 11 in vol. 12, PMID: 28197216.].

In the article titled, “Introducing the Comprehensive Unit based Safety Program for mechanically ventilated patients in Saudi Arabian Intensive Care Units”, published in pages 11-16, issue 1, vol. 12 of Annals of Thoracic Medicine,[1] the name of the eleventh author is written incorrectly as “Qushmaq Ismael” instead of “Ismael Qushmaq.”
