Abstract
A patient with a constitutional bisatellited supernumerary marker chromosome developed a large cell lung carcinoma and subsequent acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) of the M2 type showing an (8;21) translocation and del(9). The ANLL-M2 appeared to be independent of the lung carcinoma. The presence of the supernumerary chromosome might have been associated with the development of the two diseases.Entities:
