Abstract
A case of an extrarenal Wilms' tumor arising in the retroperitoneal region of a 49-year-old male is reported. A review of the world literature indicates that the incidence of the tumor arising in the extrarenal region is extremely rare. A total of 14 cases have previously been reported, but the number of cases that occurred in adult patients is only 2. The clinical and pathologic features are briefly discussed.Entities:
