Abstract
Flow cytometry is a method that allows high throughput analysis of individual cells in suspension. By inclusion of fluorescently labelled antibodies, it is possible to analyze the abundance of one or more surface antigens, such as LAMP-1, without prior lysis of cells. Here we describe the special considerations required for the investigation of lysosomal exocytosis from platelets analyzed with flow cytometry.Entities:
