Crohn's disease presenting as gastric outlet obstruction: a therapeutic challenge?

Abstract

Isolated gastric Crohn's disease with initial presentation related to gastric outlet obstruction is an unusual clinicopathological entity. We undertake here a literature review of this rare initial presentation of isolated gastric Crohn's disease and discuss the formidable diagnostic and therapeutic challenges encountered in such patients. © BMJ Publishing Group Ltd (unless otherwise stated in the text of the article) 2017.
