Abstract
Wilson disease - can present with such a variety of psychiatric and cognitive symptoms that it has been named the "great masquerader." Symptoms may include cognitive deficits, impairment of executive function, mood disturbance or psychosis. These impairments may occur in different stages of the disease and with varying intensity in individual patients.
