Erratum: Core decompression or quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone grafting for nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head: A randomized control study.

In the article titled, “Core decompression or quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone grafting for nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head: A randomized control study” published in pages 629-635, issue 6, vol. 50 of Indian Journal of Orthopaedics,[1] the figure legend of Figure 1 is written incorrectly. The correct Figure 1 legend should read as following:

Figure 1: (a) Intraoperative photograph showing K-wire being inserted along the femoral neck axis toward the necrosis area (b-d) The fluoroscopy images showing K-wire reached the necrosis area and 5 mm inferior to the subchondral bone of the femoral head. The cannulated driller being inserted into the necrosis area (e) The incision was about 1.5 cm long (f) The quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone block of about 1.5 cm × 2.0 cm was obtained from its trochanteric insertion. The quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone block was rotated and implanted into the femoral head through the bone window (white arrow head).
