Abstract
We report two cases of neutropenic enterocolitis with long-term survival following surgery. This favorable outcome was related to three major factors: recognition of the acute surgical abdomen, appropriately timed surgical intervention, and a prompt postoperative return of normal circulating white cells.Entities:
