Abstract
Although B19 infection during pregnancy usually has no adverse effect on the fetus, it can cause fetal death. Recent studies make it possible to estimate risk of infection following different types of exposure and the risk of fetal death after infection. The most common clinical manifestations of B19 infection are erythema infectiosum and aplastic crisis in patients with chronic hemolytic anemias.Entities:
