Severe thiazide-induced hyponatraemia during treatment with enalapril.

Abstract

A patient is described who developed mild hyponatraemia on two occasions when treated with bendrofluazide alone, but severe hyponatraemia when treated with the combination of enalapril and bendrofluazide.
