Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Patients with Klippel-Feil syndrome can present with a myriad of symptoms and imaging findings. Herein, we present a case of Klippel-Feil syndrome that was initially misdiagnosed with syringomyelia. We review this case and discuss the imaging findings.Entities:
