Abstract
Isolated hepatobiliary tuberculosis (TB) has been uncommonly described with or without biliary involvement and accounts for less than 1% of all tubercular infections. Isolated hepatic TB is even rare and poses a great diagnostic challenge. We report a case of isolated tubercular liver abscess with extension into the chest wall in an immune-competent adult, which was diagnosed and managed successfully with antitubercular treatment.Entities:
