Abstract
Polyorchidism is a rare congenital anomaly with less than 200 case reports in literature. Triorchidism, the condition of having 3 testicles, is the most common presentation. We present an unusual case of a patient who was diagnosed with 5 testicles by magnetic resonance imaging. To the best of our knowledge, this rare presentation has not previously been reported in the medical literature.Entities:
