Abstract
OBJECTIVE: This study evaluated the change and function of the pancreas, and small intestine in relation to growth performance of broilers on diets supplemented with raw soybean meal (RSBM) and protease. Samples of test ingredients and diets, after mixing and prior to being used were also assessed on contents of anti-nutritional factors.Entities:

Trace mineral supplied per kilogram of diet: Cu (sulphate), 16 mg; Fe (sulphate), 40 mg; I (iodide), 1.25 mg; Se (selenate), 0.3 mg; Mn (sulphate and oxide), 120 mg; Zn (sulphate and oxide), 100 mg; cereal-based-carrier, 128 mg; mineral oil, 3.75 mg.
Vitamin supplied per kilogram of diet: Vitamin A (retinol), 12,000 IU; Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), 5,000 IU; Vitamin E (tocopheryl acetate), 75 mg; Vitamin K (menadione), 3 mg; thiamine, 3 mg; riboflavin, 8 mg; niacin, 55 mg; pantothenate, 13 mg; pyridoxine, 5 mg; folate, 2 mg; Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), 16 μg; biotin, 200 μg; cereal-based carrier, 149 mg; mineral oil, 2.5 mg. The dietary treatments were basal diets (SBM was replaced by RSBM at 0, 10%, and 20%, equivalent to 0, 30, and 60 g/kg, respectively) and supplemented with 0.1, 0.2, of 0.3 g/kg protease.
