Abstract
Spleen cells from mice infected with virulent and avirulent strains of murine cytomegalovirus showed depressed interleukin-2 production after ConA stimulation. Cell-mixing experiments indicated that this was due to a primary defect in non adherent cells. Spleen cells infected in vitro were also studied.Entities:
