Abstract
Gastric lymphoma is rare, accounting for 3% of gastric neoplasms and 10% of lymphomas. Treatment should be stratified based on histologic type, stage, Helicobacter pylori infection, and t(11;18) translocation status. Surgery is no longer a mainstay for treatment and should be reserved for rare situations such as perforation, fistula formation, and severe bleeding. Multimodal treatment, including H pylori eradication, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy, should be provided as appropriate and can result in excellent outcomes.Entities:
