Abstract
Anthills made by Lasius flavus F. in a saltmarsh have significantly different vegetation from that of the surrounding marsh. One species, Frankenia laevis L., is differentially distributed with aspect on the mounds. The reasons for these differences and the problems of survival of anthills on a saltmarsh are discussed.Entities:
