Sir, The recent report by Rabiu et al. is very interesting.[1] Rabiu et al. concluded that “there was high awareness of modern contraceptive methods; however, there was low use prevalence among respondents, and the desire for more pregnancy was the reason for the nonuse.”[1] In fact, the contraception use is the big problem in many developing countries. Sometimes, the ritual method is selected instead of the modern technique.[23] On the other hand, in the modern cities, the denial of contraception can be expected. The case of a prostitute in Thailand is the best example.[4] Hence, the contraception education and promotion are required for any settings.
