Abstract
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, even when diagnosed early, nearly always metastasizes. Recurrent mutations and genomic instability are early events in the disease. Two recent papers advance our understanding of how the cancer genome evolves as the primary tumor migrates from its origin in the pancreas to colonize distant metastatic sites.Entities:
