Abstract
Surgical endarterectomy has long been the standard approach for treating atherosclerotic stenosis in the common femoral artery. Its major advantage is the associated long-term patency, which approaches 95% at 5 years. Nevertheless, recent studies have suggested that percutaneous treatment may be a valid alternative to surgery.Entities:
