Abstract
Subcutaneous daily injection (with neglect of aseptics) of 0.5 ml solution of soybean cream substitute (10% volume in distilled water) during 30 days caused systemic amyloidosis in 30-day-old mice. All the known methods for induction of systemic amyloidosis are based on the use of old animals, as senile tissue bradytrophy allows effective simulation of amyloidosis.Entities:
