Abstract
Lateral heel pain after triple arthrodesis can have numerous causes, including nonunion of the fusion site, hindfoot malalignment, degenerative arthritis in adjacent joints, and deep infection. We present a case of lateral heel pain after triple arthrodesis due to synovitis of the tarsal canal that was successfully treated with anterior subtalar arthroscopy.Entities:
