Abstract
Fractures of the medial clavicle are rare injuries but are associated with significant morbidity and mortality. The current trend is shifting from conservative treatment to surgical intervention to reduce long-term sequelae. We present an isolated medial clavicular fracture associated with significant displacement and demonstrate excellent results after open reduction and internal fixation.Entities:
