Abstract
Aneurysmal disease of the internal iliac vein is rare, with no standard indication for or accepted modality of treatment. Here we report an instance of unilateral, primary left internal iliac venous aneurysm and associated pelvic venous insufficiency. Following extensive workup for alternative causes, the aneurysm and left gonadal vein were coil embolized with good effect.Entities:
