Abstract
Cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) is a functional disturbance in the spinal cord as a result of degenerative changes within the cervical spinal column. This review discusses the history of CSM and its diagnosis, including clinical presentation, physical exam, and imaging studies. The pathophysiology, natural history, and treatment options are also discussed with support of the recent literature.Entities:
