Abstract
Acute mitral regurgitation is a very rare complication of an Impella device. We report a case of a 52-year-old man who had an Impella CP device placed for cardiogenic shock and developed acute mitral regurgitation after removal of the Impella. This was managed with the placement of TandemHeart device.Entities:
