[Penile Solitary Fibrous Tumour - A Rare Penile Lesion. Case Report and Review of Literature].

Solitary fibrous tumours are rare. In the literature, about 900 cases are documented worldwide, with most tumours located in the thoracic cavity. Penile occurrence is not described in the literature. Space-occupying lesions of the penis are generally very rare.
