Abstract
Giant granules were present in the cytoplasm of marrow granulocytes and in abnormal immature leucocytes circulating in the blood of a patient with promyelocytic leukaemia associated with intravascular coagulation. These granules resembled those seen in Chediak-Higashi syndrome.Entities:
