CI: confidence interval; OR: odds ratio. *: p < 0.05. #: Households were classified into five categories based on household income per capita in the last year for urban areas and rural areas separately: lowest (urban, <6667 Chinese yuan (CNY); rural, <3334 CNY); lower (urban, 6667–9999 CNY; rural, 3334–4999 CNY); average (urban, 10,000–14,999 CNY; rural, 5000–7499 CNY); higher (urban, 15,000–23,999 CNY; rural, 7500–9999 CNY); and highest (urban, ≥24,000 CNY; rural, ≥10,000 CNY). Note: Because of the presence of missing values, the sum of sample size of five household income groups was lower than the total sample size.
