[Bilateral traumatic dislocation of the hip joint in a 10-year-old boy].

The author demonstrates a case of bilateral traumatic dislocation of the hip joint in a child. The prerequisite of successful treatment of this injury is early and careful reposition, sufficiently long immobilization of the injured joint, intensive rehabilitation in bed, and elimination of burdening before it is established that avascular necrosis did not develop.
