Abstract
The development of cutaneous neoplasms is a known sequela of chronic scars, squamous carcinoma being most common. We have described an elderly patient with both squamous carcinoma in situ and malignant melanoma in different scars. The coexistence of the lesions suggests a common pathogenesis.Entities:
