Abstract
Parkinsonism associated with strategic infarcts involving Substantia Nigra is extremely rare. We herein report a case of bilateral parkinsonism related to midbrain lesion secondary to Percheron Artery occlusion. This case report supports the hypothesis about the relationship between strategic vascular lesions and the subsequent development of parkinsonism.Entities:
