Thirteen years' experience with stable osteosynthesis of craniofacial fractures.

Abstract

The good results of miniplate osteosynthesis in the mid-face and frontal-region encouraged us to carry out primary closure of C.S.F. fistulas. A cephalometric follow-up confirmed better cosmetic results in comparison to conventional treatment.
