Unusual case of depressed fracture in the posterior cranial fossa associated with the syndrome of acute central cervical spinal cord injury.

We report here a seemingly very rare case of depressed fracture confined to the posterior cranial fossa accompanied by the "syndrome of acute central cervical spinal cord injury", presenting with a variety of neurological symptoms with some consideration of its onset mechanism.
