Abstract
A newborn presented in congestive heart failure on the second day of life. Cardiac catheterization was normal, but aortic injection showed a congenital umbilical artery to umbilical vein arteriovenous malformation. Three similar cases have been reported. All four patients were successfully treated by complete excision of the malformation.Entities:
